Recruitment Policy

Flashcom Security is committed to the development of the individual. We strongly believe that when one recruits and promotes on merit, when one is committed to training and when one offers sound supervision and direction, the individual will develop to the fullest capacity.

Selection Criteria: Based on the industry’s best practice of:

  1. Height 5’8” (Male) – 5’5” (Female)
  2. Communications Read & Write English for local assignments
  3. Education – Minimum KSCE
  4. Age (24-35 Years)
  5. Certificate of Good Conduct
  6. Proficiency in Basic Guards Course


To ensure that only reliable persons are recruited and deployed the applicants initially undergo a rigorous vetting process that include a thorough:

  1. Examination of the documents presented
  2. Require genuine and responsible references which are checked
  3. Certificate of Good Conduct on engagement and once every year while in the employment in the company

Safety Policy

Flash Com Security s committed to providing a safe, healthy, and secure environment for all students, employees, contractors, and visitors. To help achieve andmaintain such an environment,comprehensive safety and security plans and programs are maintained under the management of the Director, Safety , Securityand  Emergency Management The Institute takes all reasonable measures to identify and prevent risks to the safety and security of persons and property,and prepare to respond effectively to threats and other emergencies.  All members of the BCIT community, and visitors, are required to comply with this policy.

The purposes of this policy are:

•To comply with legal and regulatory requirements
•To define the roles and responsibilities of departments and individuals in implementing and carrying out such security programs and practices
•To establish principles, goals,programs, and practices that support a secureand safe environment for all BCIT students, employees, contractors, and visitors, and that minimize risks to the security of the Institute’s physical assets
•To inform the BCIT community about the Institute’s safety and security programs and practices

Training Policy

Policy brief & purpose

Our Employee Development company policy refers to the company’s learning and development programs and activities.

In the modern competitive environment, employees need to replenish their knowledge and acquire new skills to do their jobs better. This will benefit both them and the company. We want them to feel confident about improving efficiency and productivity, as well as finding new ways towards personal development and success.


This policy applies to all permanent, full-time or part-time, employees of the company. Employees with temporary/short-term contracts might attend trainings at their manager’s discretion.

This policy doesn’t cover supplementary employees like contractors or consultants.

Policy elements

Employees, managers and Human Resources (HR) should all collaborate to build a continuous professional development (CPD) culture. It’s an employee’s responsibility to seek new learning opportunities. It’s a manager’s responsibility to coach their teams and identify employee development needs. And it’s HR’s responsibility to facilitate any staff development activities and processes.
